We train in the following events during track season:
TRACK EVENTS:
Sprints: 100m, 200m, 400m
Mid/Long Distance: 800m, 1500m, 3000m
Hurdles: 80m, 100, 110m, 200m, 400m
Relays: 4x100, 4x400, 4x800
FIELD EVENTS:
Jumps: Long Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault
Throws: Discus, Javelin, Shot Put
